A+ College Prep Planner - Author

Marti L. Forchion, the mother of 3 thriving college grads, has a volunteer spirit and a passion for education.  A native of New Jersey, raised in sunny south Florida, Ms. Forchion has been actively involved in student mentoring programs and student leadership programs through numerous organizations for many years and believes that a college education is an obtainable goal for most students – including first-generation and other under-represented students.  

As an author and advocate for higher education, Ms. Forchion published the A+ College Prep Planner in 2013, the Scholar Dollars scholarship booklet in 2015, and a "soon to be released" A+ College Prep Planner Workbook (companion workbook for the A+ College Prep Planner).

Ms. Forchion regularly attends educational festivals, conferences, and symposiums to discuss college admissions with families and students.  She is also available to host workshops and seminars, serve as a guest panelist, and as a consultant to assist families and students with college planning questions and concerns.
